During Indoor Yard Sale Events:
Yard Sale Booths in Building 3: $25
All food booths must be approved by TFM management. This includes anything that can be ingested. An additional food tax is also required to be turned in at the end of the show. No selling of drinks (water, sodas, etc.) in ANY booths whatsoever. Food permits are required!
A complete address and telephone number is required of all dealers as well as individual name and business name. All telephone reservations must be paid within five (5) business days from the time of reservation. Space will NOT be secured until payment is received. Monthly vendors are required to pay the next month’s rent in advance by 5:00 P.M. on Sunday IN FULL, OR THE SPACE WILL NOT BE HELD.
Spaces are assigned on a seniority basis; the more times you are in the market the more likely you are to get the space you want.
Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Fridays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Our staff needs to know booth availability and whether you are here or not!
Exhibitors must be set up prior to 5:00 P.M. on Friday or move in by hand or 2-wheel dolly.
Please call in advance and let us know if you will be arriving on Saturday.
We will hold space UNTIL 8:30 A.M. SATURDAY MORNING. After that time SPACE AND MONEY ARE FORFEITED.
Cancellations must be made thirty days before the show. Without a thirty-day notice, your money will NOT be rolled over unless it is an emergency approved by management.
Rollovers only apply to permanent exhibitors.
To be a permanent exhibitor, you must have shown one year or twelve months consecutively; then, you will be allowed two (2) rollovers with payment in advance to retain guaranteed permanent space per year.
After that, space will no longer be guaranteed permanently unless agreed upon by management as an emergency.
Payment will be rolled over only twice a year, regardless of reason.
All exhibitors must keep their booths open during entire show hours.
All exhibitors are required to clean up their rental booth and space. All garbage, trash, and papers should be picked up and disposed of in one of the market’s garbage containers located throughout the building. All booths must be manned and must remain intact during show hours.
Exhibitors packing early without permission will not be allowed in future shows.
Please bring covers for your merchandise. Night security is provided by police officers and security alarms are set on all entrances of each building.
Campers MUST check in and pay for their parking area prior to booth set up, or you will forfeit your vendor rights. Campers will be charged $15 for first night/$10 for each additional night for parking space and electrical hook-up. This must be paid in advance at the check-in area. You will receive a parking ticket with your outlet number on it to put in your windshield in order to receive electricity.
Please keep your children in your rented space at all times. If we have a problem with your child after the first warning, we reserve the right to take your space.
Please keep your pets in your rented space at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. If your pet urinates in the building or destroys anyone’s property, you are responsible for all of your pet’s actions. Small animals only, please.
Loud or boisterous noises are prohibited including demonstration of sound and musical equipment.
Church services will be held at 8:30 A.M. in Building 5 at the front concession, followed by a breakfast buffet. All dealers are invited to attend.
Monthly newsletters with new rules, notices and dealer information will be at your check in area.

Exhibitor agrees to obey all rules and regulations set forth by management.
Management makes no warranties as to condition of show facilities.
Exhibitor agrees to accept facility as-is and to hold Tupelo Flea Market harmless for any damages or loss resulting from fire, theft, or condition of facility.
Exhibitor acknowledges that they are assuming a known risk including, but not limited to, floods, lightning, tornado, wind and ice.
We do recommend a event insurance policy for all exhibitors.
Tax envelopes and papers will be at your check-in area and can be dropped in tax boxes there. Everyone must complete and leave an envelope! Please make all checks payable to the Tupelo Flea Market. If paying by cash, be sure to seal your envelope.
PLEASE TURN IN A TAX ENVELOPE WITH YOUR NAME AND SPACE NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE. A TAX ID NUMBER IS NOT NEEDED.
